L’habitat hallstattien de Milly-la-Forêt « Le Bois Rond » (Essonne)
Abstract
Dans le cadre de l'exploitation d'une carrière de sable à Milly-La-Forêt, une parcelle a fait l'objet d'une fouille préventive sur 11107 m 2 au lieu-dit « Le Bois Rond », au printemps 2005. En marge d'un petit établissement antique passablement érodé et largement altéré par une ancienne voie ferrée, a été mis en évidence un secteur d'habitat du Hallstatt d'ensilage. Une trentaine de silos fut ainsi étudiée, livrant un corpus céramique riche et abondant, au sein duquel la céramique peinte est largement repré-sentée. Certains ensembles atypiques sont caracté-risés par le dépôt de restes humains ou animaux, renvoyant manifestement à des pratiques cultuelles domestiques. About thirty storage pits were thus studied, providing a rich and abundant pottery assemblage, in which painted are characterized by the deposit of human or animal remains, obviously a reference to some form of worship in the domestic sphere.
